  I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BE IN TOUCH TO ANYONE! The place is absolutely terrible. After today I will never go back there. I will say that the women who work there are always nice, despite being understaffed. There is usually a long wait because they have to answer the phones and take care of customers at the same time. Time and time again I have looked past the issues with this business. The main issue I have With Be in Touch is the owner Josh. Josh has no concept of professionalism or customer service. Chomping on pizza and typing on a computer while waiting on customers. Being blatantly rude and condescending to people. Ignoring people. He is the worst! Not to mention that I have heard from several people in Portsmouth that he is notorious for routinely buying STOLEN cell phones from the same people over and over again and then reselling them. It's a surprise he hasn't been charged with receiving stolen property. Don't get sucked in to this place! Stay away from it!
